Paul Davis started his legal career in 1975. He gained a First Class Honours degree in law, was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and also qualified as a barrister in 1996.
Throughout his legal career Paul has specialized in conducting civil litigation, both as a solicitor and as a barrister, and therefore has a detailed and rather unique perspective of every stage of such cases. He has expertise in many areas of dispute resolution, including contractual disputes, professional and medical negligence claims and property disputes. He also has an excellent track record in handling personal injury claims at all levels.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and is very keen on landscape photography and walking in the Peak District.
